About Assets Recovery Program
The Program is your best source for professional, value driven low cost service as compared to recovered assets.
Since 1993, ARP executives and directors have decades of collective and comprehensive knowledge and experience in the domain of assets recovery, meaning that we are able to provide the most value and innovation per your dollar spent, with spectacular results. We provide a satisfaction guarantee for our services provided, in the sense that we exhaust all reasonable means for recovering assets for our clients.
Apart from regular fees contracts, ARP considers substantial cases on contingency without obligation of the victimized creditors seeking assets, but with the commission on recovered assets and other contractual arrangements. Within a short period of time, ARP can analyze the facts and the feasibility of successful recovery in each particular prospective case. The main principle of ARP is to have things done in terms of assets recovery with substantial beneficial outcome, in any corner of the world.
It is ARP’s preference to operate without attention of the press and without disclosures in the public domain, reducing its modus operandi to contacts with its clients and the necessary sources of information.
The offices of ARP are in Washington, D.C., Boston (Massachusetts) and Miami (Florida), USA. Furthermore, it has associates in several other countries. Over the years, ARP has been working with many attorneys as needed for particular matters. Program's senior managing executives are presented below.
